PROJECT: BNFL TECHNOLOGY CENTRE, SELLAFIELD
The Brief
To install approximately 400km of all sizes and types of cable, from fibre optic to armoured 11kv, through underground ducts on a variety of surface-run containment systems.
The Solution
We imposed tight timetables to ensure efficient installation, dressing and cleating of cables into operational plant rooms which continued to function while works were completed. Close control and manning of the contract resulted in good, clean installations well within client deadlines and targets.
