PROJECT: KEY SUPPLY CHAIN PROVIDER OF UK WIDE CABLE INSTALLATION
The Brief
To provide the resources to undertake in excess of 30 projects in the past 12 months with an overall value in excess of £500k with locations as diverse as Aberdeen to Cornwall and varying processes from Waste Water Treatment Plants to the Dartford Tunnel.
The Solution
All the contracts were completed to the highest standard over various shift patterns including days, night time and weekend working by direct employed CSCS card holders. The materials installed varied from large 11kv cable to fibre optics. All of the projects were planned to a high level of detail to ensure full commitment and flexibility to the deadlines that were set by each individual site. Furthermore, on several occasions an F.B.Taylor cabling supervisor has been an integral part of the on site project team, which has proved a great success.
