The Brief
The installation of small power to 6.6kv cables at the Rivers Gas Terminal in Barrow for safety conscious US firm Burlington Resources.
The Solution
The F B Taylor site supervisor assisted with the pre-planning of the installations with site management to ensure efficient and speedy completion of the contract without risk of injury or lost time accidents to staff. A full time safety manager was provided on site to monitor the progress of the works to high safety standards set by Costain.
F B Taylor was awarded 'Contractor of the Month' for two consecutive months on the project.
